Requirements:
- Dont be a moron
- at least 1.9k overall and 2.3k recent WN8
- Have at least one of the following Tier 10 tanks:
->140/907, 277/260, Chief/279, EBR, WZ 5A, S. Conq
- Have at least one of the following Tier 8 tanks:
-> Progetto/Pantera, EBR/LP, Defender/703/Renegade/IS-3
- speak English/Deutsch/French
